Most AI tools marketed to real estate agents fall short.
I've tested multiple CMA generators and AVM tools. Many varied by hundreds of thousands to millions in accuracy on value! The AI couldn't read images or descriptions to ensure apples-to-apples comparisons. A renovated house looked the same as its old listing photos to these systems.
Pricing is one of the hardest skills to achieve in real estate. I always say, “Real estate is a soft science.” But when your valuation tool misses by millions, you have a problem. Most AI tools in the market analysis space leave you to re-do the entire report after investing time and trust in the app because the AI inside of these tools simply is not good enough at this part yet. It’s just not.

The Compliance Reality Check
Running a brokerage that emphasizes ethics means staying vigilant with AI tools.
You have to fact-check AI output. It sometimes offers wrong information. Federal Fair Housing rules aren't always followed by these systems.
Test every tool thoroughly. Verify its recommendations against compliance requirements. The convenience isn't worth the legal risk.
These three tools solve real problems ChatGPT cannot address. They handle property valuation, visual marketing, and database intelligence with industry-specific accuracy.
Just remember to keep compliance and accuracy at the center of your AI strategy! I foresee this future where people are copying and pasting descriptions from Chat GPT where the information is incorrect, and it isn’t caught.
